Record Timing for Record Hybrid Sales

We have exciting news to share about our favorite automaker, the Ford Motor Company. It was recently announced that Ford is on track to break their annual hybrid sales record despite only being five months into the year. The standing record was set in 2010 with a total of 35,496 hybrids sold.

One of the major reasons for this year’s jump in sales is the expansion of Ford’s hybrid-electric and plug-in vehicles lines. Through the end of April, the C-Max Hybrid had reached 11,708 models sold and the redone Fusion Hybrid reached nearly 14,000 units sold.

Not only is Ford beating its own record, it is taking a bite out of the competition as well. Toyota has seen a 21 percent decrease in sales of its Prius models. This is huge accomplishment for Ford and just goes to show how a popular American brand truly holds the heart of the people.

Cambridge Classic Ford is very excited about the continued growth of the Ford hybrid line. We are proud to offer the durable, energy efficient models that continue to impress people around the globe. Come by the dealership today to check out the latest in the line of hybrids and become a part of the record breaking process.
